How can I purchase your artwork?

There are 2 ways to bring home a beautiful painting you really love.

  • You can check out the paintings currently available on this webstore

  • or you can commission a custom painting or commission jewelry. 

 Can you help me visualize a painting in my home?

Absolutely!  Please take a photo of your room and send it to VioletRichele@gmail.com.  I will digitally place the painting onto your blank wall for you to preview.

Do you offer custom paintings? 

Absolutely! Commissions (custom paintings and jewelry) are the most personal experience I have with my art collectors. We will collaborate to create a custom painting in the exact size, colors and feeling for your unique space. 

If a painting you love already sold, commissioning is a great option. Or perhaps you are really inspired by a painting in my shop but you’d prefer an original in custom dimensions and colors.

How do I start the commission process? 

Once I receive your brief inquiry form (Paintings) , I will walk you through a very simple & fun process! (Custom Jewelry Form)

When do you release new paintings?

I don’t have scheduled release dates so the best way to find out about new collections is by joining my newsletter. Sign up for my Newsletter below and receive a free gift when you do!

Will you hold a painting for me?

I offer flexible payment plans so you can claim your favorite painting before anyone else while being conscientious of your budget. I mark the painting as sold when I receive your deposit. You receive the artwork when your payments are complete. Easy!

How do I start a payment plan?

Email me at VioletRichele@gmail.com about your new painting and I’ll set up a plan that makes sense for you.

How are your paintings finished?

All my original art works are created with archival inks and paints and are sealed with multiple coats of varnish, to protect from light and dust.  My art works on paper should be carefully removed and immediately framed for safekeeping. 

Do I need a frame?

I work on both Canson paper and gallery wrapped Canvas. Paper pieces require a frame to protect them.  Canvas paintings come wired, ready to hang without a frame. Canvas frames are optional and can be provided. 

Do you offer frames?

Some of my paintings I have frames for and are ready to additional purchase. If you would like a frame please email me at VioletRichele@gmai.com and I will guide you to the frame for your piece. 

 

US Shipping

Shipping within the continental US is included in my painting prices.  Jewelry shipping will be calculated at check out. 

Jewelry orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

My art comes in premium packaging and is delivered with tracking ID. Customer signature will be required for your satisfaction and security. 

Please note that due to the specific handling of my art work all painting order will processed and shipped within 7-12 business days.

ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Worldwide Shipping

Please note that artwork may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees according to your country’s regulations. Please consult your local customs office for more details about duties and taxes. For a shipping cost estimate, please contact me at VioletRichele@gmail.com 

Orders and Cancellations

An agreement for Empty Canvas Art, DBA (“Seller”) to sell goods to you (“Purchaser”) is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. 

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

Returns

All sales are final. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your artwork to discuss solutions.
